Having lived in multi-cultural environments all my life, I believe that we can learn a tremendous amount through learning and understanding about different world cultures. Through discussion and debate, teachers should cultivate young adults with a social conscience and global awareness who can adapt and develop their own ideas and philosophies, act independently on them and be a positive influence on the world. My favourite times at ISM are Fridays when I am fortunate to be able to attend marvellous assemblies across all of our school's campuses and lunchtimes when I can sit down with our students, eat and enjoy lively debate about the key issues of the day. My greatest passions are playing with my daughter Lily, football, Everton Football Club and music.
