Mr Emil Martyr
Year 1 Assistant Teacher
BA (Hons) History and Russian - University of Manchester
I believe that every child and student should be considered by their teachers as individuals. We need to recognise every pupil's unique attributes - after all it is those teachers who instill self confidence to follow your interests that we remember most from childhood. I have a keen interest in Russia having spent my year abroad in Kazan and St. Petersburg - in terms of the people, the history and the language - and in my free time I like to play cricket and spend time at the gym. The multi-national community of pupils and teachers excites me most about getting started at ISM - I hope to contribute towards a culturally diverse and effective learning atmosphere.
